How did Caveman training come to life?

The programs in the Caveman training suite such as Caveman Circuit Training, Caveman Personal Training, Cavewoman Circuit Training and Cavewoman Personal Training came to life by combining a mix of techniques and programs into one and evolved over time into one of the hardest training programs in Brisbane (if not Australia).

It all started when Executive Results was created in 2004 by Anna Junghans who has over 20 years of professional fitness experience and Taco Fleur who has always had a passion for fitness and has actively been involved in fitness since 1989, they created some of the hardest and toughest boot camps in Brisbane which involved a lot of team work, circuits and generic group fitness usually in the form of non-stop exercise for 45 minutes, apart from 3 or 4 ten second water breaks.

In 2005 Executive Results added personal training to it's services, Anna enjoyed training clients harder than most other trainers did, she wanted to give people their monies worth and instead of chatting away she enjoyed training the clients harder than most other local trainers would. The type of training she offered was in demand and the business saw this and established itself as delivering one of the toughest training sessions in Brisbane whether it was group or personal training.

In 2009 Executive Results noticed Caveman Training from the US and arranged for API to come down for a certification/workshop, the workshop was great and a lot of great contacts were made like for example; fullcontactfitness.com.au, www.rawedgefitness.com and www.breakingpoint.com.au. Several businesses then signed up to become an affiliate, including Executive Results, over time some businesses became CrossFit affiliates, and pretty soon Executive Results cut their ties with the US after their affiliate contract ran out.

In 2010 Executive Results opened up a unique gym in Brisbane and offered several services that had always been popular since 2004; Hardcore Workouts, Boxing, Personal Training and also added Muay Thai, Cross Training, Suspension Training. A lot of the techniques and styles of training that were used and developed over the years got combined into several programs that were more specificly targetted, Caveman Training became the Caveman training suite of Caveman Circuit Training, Caveman Personal Training, Cavewoman Circuit Training and Cavewoman Personal Training combined.
