Caveman Training - Hardcore Fitness Training

Get Smashed by the BEST - Seminar

What is a Seminar/Workout/Holiday?

We found that the three words “Seminar/Workout/Holiday”  is the best way to describe this unique event in Thailand. When you are in Phuket it is a Holiday, no matter what you’re doing! The Seminar is where you learn from the best in the industry, are able to ask questions in an informal environment, in your Workouts you get to experience what you’ve learned and get totally smashed.

Why is this event so special?

This event is special because of the speakers/trainers we have at this event and the format of the seminar. At no other event will you see and learn how to make equipment, learn how to properly use the equipment and what to use it for, make the equipment yourself, and regret the fact you made it when it weighs down on you, makes you sweat, makes you think “what the hell am I doing here”  and then finally gives you the biggest sense of satisfaction for the rest of the day.

Who are the Speakers/Trainers?

The Speakers and Trainers for this unique event are:

Scott Ramsdell (United States) is the creator of Caveman Training®, one of the toughest training methods around. Scott travels all over the world to train and certify fitness people, makes real instructors out of them and kicks their butt while doing so.

Scott has trained many athletes over time, for example; Brock Lesnar, Kelly Kobald, Sean Sherk, Matt Hughes, James Cook, Kaitlin Young, Nick Thompson, Katie Vogel and many more...

Anna Junghans (Australia) is the owner of Executive Results and has been running some of the toughest Boot Camps in Brisbane since 2004, she’s a certified Caveman Training Instructor and is one of the toughest female trainers around.

Anna has been on a very exciting transformation journey as she didn’t always used to be as fit and healthy as she is now. Anna used to be 110Kg but was able to change her mindset, turn her life around and became a successful business owner, and she’s is right up there with the boys in regards to fitness (if not fitter in most cases).

Kru Vut Kamnark (Thailand) is the founder of the United World Muay Thai Association and has had a successful professional fighting career from 1970 till 1977 (67 fights). He is now an Instructor, Educator and Trainer who has made several Muay Thai Instructional videos that are sold on Amazon.

The event will also feature other surprise trainers...

Other Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q: Do I need to be fit?
A: Yes, you need to be reasonably fit, ask if you’re unsure
  • Q: Will there be unannounced activities?
A: Yes, there will be unannounced Survivor style activities, if you can’t handle not knowing what is in store, then this event is not for you
  • Q: Can I do other things if I want to?
A: We encourage everyone to participate in everything that is offered during the event, but if for some reason you feel that you really need to do something else, then you can always train Muay Thai or MMA at the camp which is included in the package
  • Q: Do I need to fight or be a fight fanatic?
A: No, there is no need to fight or be even remotely interested in fighting, even though this event is in Thailand and mostly at a Muay Thai camp, the event itself does not focus on fighting, it is about learning training techniques, getting a workout and experience something great
  • Q: How much is it for food a day?
A: If you eat at the right local Thai restaurants (we do, it’s better than eating Italian or German in Thailand) then $10 a day or less would be sufficient for 3 meals plus drinks.
  • Q: How much is the accommodation?
A: It depends on what you’re comfortable with, for something good you could expect to pay something like $80 a day, this would be something nice with pool, clean and good service, you could go way lower than that if you’re not too fussed.
