Cavewoman Circuit Training Exercises

Cavewoman training is a hard style of training where one pushes and performs to the maximum of their abilities and then going beyond, moving from beginners to intermediate to an advanced athlete.

For example; in every Caveman Circuit one can expect the unexpected, a participant will never know what is coming, the trainers will always do their best to present a circuit that is different than the one they have done before. One thing is certain in all classes, there is hardly any breaks, quitting is frowned upon and in the intermediate level if one quits they will have to move back to beginners.

The type of exercises in a Cavewoman Circuit are always a mix of good old school exercises that work and have been proven to work since the dawn of time. The program usually has a theme to it and works one part of the body to the maximum or is a complete mix of exercises that provide a total body workout. On occasion the participants might walk in and see a big “?” on the floor with several arrow pointing different directions and having different numbers, the participants then need to make a choice not knowing what is coming next. In other circuits they could be paired up into teams and work together through the circuit motivating each other and pulling each other through to the end, bringing the best out of each participant.

The Intermediate program usually involves involves a gruelling challenge at the end which has to be completed within 10 minutes, for example; 100 burpees, 10 stair runs with heavy sand bag on shoulder, 100 push ups, run down the stairs to the gates 5 times and back, a mix of 3 different exercises or something else challenging.

The Beginners program focusses a lot more on technique and form, there is a drink break between rounds and there is no challenge after the circuit. It is a perfect program for anyone to start with and work their way up.

In summary, Cavewoman Circuit Training and Cavewoman Personal Training is a mix of old proven methods, a mix of styles of training that people enjoy, a bit of Boot Camp (army style training), Circuits, Team Building, Caveman Training, Strongman Training, Tabata Training, CrossFit and other brilliant programs that people all over the world enjoy.
