Let’s put this aside once and for all, as personally I don’t like comparing or even having to explain why one is better than the other, but unfortunately this question gets asked a lot. It’s like anything in this world; it depends on the individual, the trainer and a plethora of other factors that make one different and better than the other.
some Mixed Martial Artists say that the work out is harder than their fight
the difference in certain exercises
the way trainers teach
the principles behind the programme (commit, no excuses, no quitting)
an instructor always has to be present during routines
Caveman Training programme’s are more tailored and focussed on smaller groups rather than large groups
you have to commit, there are no excuses!
workouts not performed elsewhere; sledgehammer, Tough Ropes etc.
use of simple non technical equipment
are you looking to become as fit as you can possibly be?
do you want to be pushed to the absolute maximum of your abilities?
do you want to work in smaller or larger groups?
do you want to perform exercises that are good for you rather than the newest fad?
are you looking for a programme with tight quality control?
are you looking for personal support?
are you looking to improve speed, endurance, strength, power, and overall performance?
are you looking to reduce body fat and increase your body’s capacity for work?
If the above still does not answer your question, why not try both and then make your decision.
